Patricia Mae Frost

   Patricia Mae Frost (Folk), age 87, passed away on Saturday, May 2^nd, 2020 in Mayville, North Dakota.

   Pat was born and raised in the Hunter, North Dakota area, where she met and later married Marvin Frost on August 24^th, 1957. They farmed and ran, Frost Store, while raising their four children.

   She was a very creative and giving mom who supported her children in all their interests. Pat also enjoyed collecting unique dolls, so much so, that she opened a doll museum during the time she lived in New Mexico. Her other great passion was baking; she was always looking for and trying new recipes.  Many people were recipients of her creations over the years, her favorite taste testers being her kids and grandkids.

   She is survived by her four children: Mark Frost, Lisa (Gary) Hersch, Amy (Erick) Soder and David (Karla) Frost; three grandchildren: Brandon (Cansu) Hersch, Derek Hersch and Taryn Hersch; siblings: Wilma (Earl) Nelson and Chuck (Sandy) Folk.

   Pat was preceded in death by her parents: William and Mildred Folk; husband: Marvin Frost; two brothers: one in infancy and Don Folk; and a granddaughter: Danielle Hersch.

   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice of the Red River Valley at 1701 38^th St S Ste 101 in Fargo, ND 58103-4499.

Visitation:  Will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

Funeral Service: 1:00 PM Thursday, May 7, 2020 at the Baker Funeral Home Chapel in Mayville, ND.

Burial: Will be in the Hunter Cemetery in Hunter, ND.
