Linda Marie Anderson

   Linda Marie Nielson-Anderson passed in peace on October 16, 2020 at Essentia Hospital in Fargo ND at the age of 75.

   She was the loving daughter of Carl Nielson and Janet Sykes. Sister to David Nielson of Montana, Mary Ellen Stockeland of Cooperstown, Debby Lilly of Arizona. She was loved dearly by her niece Ashley Stockland and her great nieces Brooklyn and Chyenne from Cooperstown ND, her nephew Austin (Erin) Stockland and great nephew Brody and great niece Norah of Cooperstown ND. Not only was she loved by her family, but she was also loved by her friends and staff at Luther Memorial homes where she has lived for the past 16 years.

   Linda loved living in Mayville and always asked if she can stay there and not move anywhere else.  Linda loved to go out to eat with her friends and staff. She would always talk about going out to Paula’s a local restaurant and having pie and coffee or a bacon cheeseburger with French fries.  She loved activities they offered in the nursing home and would attend as many as she could. She also loved Elvis music and visiting her family on Holidays. Linda will be dearly missed as anyone who knew her loved her beautiful smile and visiting with her. Linda will be laid to rest at a later date with her family.
