Larry Allen Dahl

Larry Allen Dahl, 72 of Portland, ND passed away on Tuesday, September 24 at his home after a brief illness. Larry was born on December 7, 1951, to Purdin and Eleanore (Pederson) Dahl. Larry graduated from Portland High School in 1969, and he briefly attended Mayville State College. He enlisted in the North Dakota Army National Guard serving with the Mayville, ND unit. 

 He is survived by his ex-wife Denise Dahl, Park Rapids, MN, sons Vance (Nora) Dahl, Bismarck, ND., Barry (Jess) Dahl, Fargo, ND, Ryan Dahl, Park Rapids, MN, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by his sisters Linda (Richard) Muir of Portland, ND, and Wendy Dahl, Fargo, ND., and by his brothers Daryl Dahl, Fargo, ND and Dale (Tammy) Dahl, Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by one very special little puppy named "Angel".

 He was preceded in death by his parents Purdin and Eleanore, brother Loren, granddaughter Adrienne, and nephew Dean. 

 A graveside service will be held at a later date.
