Elizabeth Jean Bradner, 84, of Mayville, ND, formerly of Lake Havasu City, AZ went to be with her Lord and Savior: Jesus Christ on January 16, 2018. Liz was born October 27, 1933 in Tiffin, Ohio to Carl and Hilda (Hammersmith) Kliesch. She grew up in Fostoria, OH where she graduated Valedictorian of St. Wendelin Catholic School. There she met the love of her life: David E. Bradner. They were married June 19, 1954. Liz served as an Executive Secretary at Owens Illinois in Toledo, OH, working to put Dave through Medical School. She and Dave were the proud owners of Ace Drug Store in Toledo. By and far her most important, difficult and rewarding job was being a wife and mother raising her four boys. Upon retirement they relocated to Lake Havasu City, AZ, where she loved the heat of the desert, especially the sunsets. Later in life, after the passing of Dave, Liz moved to Mayville, ND to live out her wonderful life with all her friends at the Luther Memorial Home. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years: David; her parents; a grandson: Devin Bradner. She is survived by her sons: Brian (Colette) of Lake Havasu, AZ, Eric (Carol) of Sylvania, OH and Michael (Kelly) of Portland, ND; her grandchildren: Briana, Jeffrey, Amber, Chad, Joey, Wes, Kit, Bennie, Anna, Jack and Kathryn; her great grandchildren: Austin, Ainsley and Cason. Elizabeth Bradner: “Don’t let the burden of having lost her overcome the joy of having her.” Visitation will be from 5–7 PM on Sunday, January 21, 2018 with a 7:00 PM Memorial Service at the Luther Memorial Home Chapel in Mayville, ND. Burial will be in the Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
