Darrell L Stoebner

   Darrell Stoebner, 73, of Mayville, ND died on Monday, May 23, 2022 at the Luther Memorial Home in Mayville, ND.

   Darrell was born on May 15, 1949 in Sioux City, Iowa to Herbert and Gertrude (Kilbauch) Stoebner. He graduated from Balaton High School in Minnesota and later from the Pipestone Vocational school with a degree as an Auto Technician.

   He loved racing as a driver and wrenched for many of the Sioux Falls area sprint car owners. He never missed a NASCAR/Worlds of Outlaws race, whether in person or on the TV.

   Over the years, he worked in construction and a variety of other jobs.

   Darrell is survived by his life partner of 27 years: Andrea Larson of Mayville, ND; his daughter: Jessica (Sean) Knapp of Virginia; sons: Roger Stoebner of South Dakota, Boe (Kris) Stoebner of Iowa and Josh Stoebner of Texas; grandsons: Dylan, Jackson and Logan Stoebner of SD; granddaughter: Spencer (Rob) Baylock of Iowa; great granddaughter: Charlie Baylock of Iowa. His parents preceded him in death.

Visitation:  Will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

Memorial Service: Will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June11, 2022 at the Baker Funeral Home Chapel in Mayville, ND.
