Lucille Carmen Stebbins, 86, Underwood, ND, formally of Page, ND died Tuesday, August 8th, 2006 at Prairieview Nursing Home, Underwood, ND. Lucille was born April 11, 1920, at Lake Township in Cass County, the daughter of David and Clara (Jurgnitech) Baasch. She grew up in rural Page, ND where she was confirmed at the Lutheran Church, and attended country school. She married Ralph Benzmiller October 21, 1938. They lived in Silver City, ND where Lucille worked at the café. Ralph died July 27, 1959. She married Reginald Stebbins June 24, 1960. They lived in Underwood, ND until 1990 when they moved to Washburn, ND. Reginald died November 24, 1991. Lucille had been living at the Prairieview Nursing Home for the past four years. She enjoyed flowers and spending time with her family. She is survived by four children, Richard Benzmiller, NY, Sharon (Leon) Fylling, Ruso, ND, Dallas (Vicki) Benzmiller, Coleharbor, ND, and Susan Stebbins, Bismarck, ND; six grandchildren, Guy Benzmiller, KS, Sherri Bennett, Coleharbor, ND, Dawn (Shane) Sellon, Turtle Lake, ND, Corey Fylling, Russo, ND, Sean (Dawn) Benzmiller, Burlington, ND, and Kellie (Leon) Weisenburger, Underwood, ND; tweleve great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; two brothers, Clayton Baasch, Lisbon, ND, and William, (Lorraine) Baasch, Page, ND; four sisters, Frieda Wagenman, WA, Devere Swort, Valley City, ND, Vada (Juel) Sands, WI, and Alice Winn, AZ; two sisters-in-law, Harriet Baasch, Page, ND, and Lois Sexton, Fargo, ND; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph Benzmiller, second husband, Reginald Stebbins, son, Dwight Benzmiller, granddaughter, Shelly Wiersch, brothers, Albert, Henry, Fred, John, and Richard, Baasch, sister Lois Moug, and her parents. FUNERAL SERVICE: Sunday, August 13, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Page, ND. VISITATION: Saturday, August 12, 2006 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, with a prayer service at 7 PM, at Lindsey-Carlson Funeral Home, Page, ND and one hour before the service at the church.
