Marvin A Pautz

Marvin Pautz, 75, of Arthur, ND, formerly of Erie, ND, died Thursday, February 11, 2010, at his home in Arthur. Marvin A. Pautz was born June 12, 1934 to Jesse and Kathryn (Grant) Pautz in Erie, ND. He attended school in Erie and also attended State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND. He married Lois Johnson on December 27, 1964. They lived in Erie until recently moving to Arthur. Marvin worked at the Arthur Elevator, drove school bus, semi and most recently was working for Peterson Trucking. Marvin enjoyed spending time with his wife, Lois every day at the nursing home. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, and spending time with his grandkids. Marvin is survived by his wife, Lois of Arthur; two children, Dennis (Heather) Pautz of Tower City, ND and Linda (Craig) Skiple of Fargo, ND; and five grandchildren, Cassandra and Katherine Pautz, Benjamin, Ethan, and Jonathan Skiple. He was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Dale Marvin. Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church in Hunter, ND. Visitation: 5-7 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM and one hour prior to the funeral service, all at First Presbyterian Church in Hunter, ND. Interment: Erie Cemetery, Erie, ND.
