She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and gave her life to the Lord in the Baptist Church in Lodi, CA. Edith loved dancing, playing cards and visiting with friends and relatives. She was known for her delicious lemon pies. In later years she enjoyed riding her three wheeled bike around the trailer park and amazed residents with her level of energy. In the spring of this year, because of declining physical and mental health, Edith came back to Minnesota and rented an assisted living apartment in Princeton.
