Laurie Anne Kenward

Laurie Anne Kenward, 49, of Fargo, ND, died on February 16, 2011, at her residence in Fargo, ND. She was born on June 25, 1961 in Fargo, ND, the daughter of Joe and Mary (Gentry) Kenward. Laurie grew up in Page, ND, and graduated from the Page High School in 1979. She continued her education and graduated from Valley City State University in 1995. Before mental illness arose in Laurie’s life, she lived her life to the fullest, and held various jobs in different cities and states. In spite of suffering and living with a mental illness, for most of her adulthood, she taught all who knew her much about living life with gratitude. She will be remembered for her genuinely kind personality and warm smile. Laurie is survived by her parents: Joe and Mary Kenward of Page; a sister: Jeanne (Bruce) Laugtug of Moorhead, MN; a brother: Glenn Kenward of Page; two nieces: Lindsey (Aaron) Rhoads and Katie Laugtug; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 19, 2011 at United Methodist Church in Page, ND. Visitation: Will be one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Burial: Page Cemetery, in the spring.
